ABOUT

Before the establishment of Eugene's Panaderia, baking was solely a hobby reserved for special occasions and random cravings.When the pandemic struck in March 2020, everything was shut down. This is where it all began; what once was a hobby became a business for the purpose of paying for the home care bills of our namesake, our beloved Tatay Eugene.While cinnamon rolls and banana loaves are our best sellers today, we started with adobo buns! The idea sprung from the leftover adobo that our helper had cooked a day prior.When the pandemic had died down and everything was starting to go back to normal, we were inactive for 3 years.Come April 2025, we decided to make a come back! In the same month, we joined the Slow Food Earth Market and our business was a hit! At the same time, we became a member of the Slow Food Cooks' Alliance Visayas.
